Submission of full length papers: -

Full length papers for poster presentation should be displayed of a board 1sq.mt in area. A soft copy of the paper must be sent along with the registration along with the abstract.

The full length paper manuscript should be submitted in the following format.

Authors :

Abstract : about 300 words

Key words

Text . text should be typewritten in Times New Roman with font size 14 for title and 12 for text in word format.

The text should cover Introduction, Materials and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions. Objectives and hypothesis may be mentioned fir necessary.

Illustrations: All diagrams charts maps should be drawn on separate sheets

Figures and tables : all figures and tables must be numbered consecutively.

Tables must be self-contained with suitable title

References : references should be quoted as below

Journal articles Jena M ; Dani R.C and Rajmani S: effectiveness of insecticides against rice leaf folder. Indian journal of protection 20 pp 43-46 (1999) name of the journal is in italics .

Books /proceedings: Metcalf R.L; insecticides in management, introduction to insect pest management (eds Metcalf R.L and Luckmann W.H ) John Wiley and sons New York, USA App. Pp 235-273 (1975) if the citation refers whole book, pages should be specified e.g. pp 275
